I just talked to Carmen Sabatino today. The County Counsel's office did not choose to respond to the restraining order that was issued by the 5th State Court of Appeals within the ten days that was given them. It appears that the Sabatino witch hunt is finally over. The case was referred to  the State Attorney General. He has ten days to respond, and if he does not respond, this thing is finally completely over.                         Tux
