Well I have been gone for some time although I have been reading all of the posts.  COUNTY PAYS TO COVER BUTT
I had some medical issues which were serious but I am back at 80% at least. First I want to say that appears that it is not only the developers that have council person olson in their pocket. Her lone dissenting vote regarding putting the brakes on the elder abuse being perpetrated by Zell and his equity lifestyles conglomerate. The unreasonable rent hikes at the Coralwood MHP has caused severe hardships on many elderly senior tenants, which while not legally prohibited, is certainly morally reprehensible and obscene. He can't take all of his millions of dollars made off the backs of elderly to Heaven and the Judgment Throne will decide. If the rest of the council will stay the course maybe the seniors will obtain some relief. Second, I recently settled my suits against the county. I am not allowed to disclose the settlement conditions but one of the stipulations is that I cannot talk bad about the county. Of course I would not do that. But.........I can tell the truth about the facts. I will write more on that later, but I will say this now, a fact, the truth so help me God. During the negotiations, the county attorney advised my attorney and I that the Director Ken Patterson wanted as part of my settlement for me to tell who was leaking information about the county to someone writing in the SFP, and wanted me to tell him who is running the site. He said that he is sure that it is Dave Thomas and my attorney related that Ken Patterson hates Dave Thomas. I told my attorney that I had no idea who own/runs the SFP and could not provide the answer. And in fact, I did not lie as I do not know who is responsible for this site. Another fact is that the case did not proceed as when we were in the hearing room, the county attorney, asked to see my attorney outside and asked if we could talk settlement. The settlement was reached after about and hour and a half and several calls to Ken Patterson. Again, just truthful facts, not bad mouthing the county. I will say in all sincerity that the county attorney is a true gentleman and a credit to the legal profession. More to follow on him next time. Well, thats it for now. Its good to be back in action again.
