The Sabatino Report

We called the City Attorney’s Office today with a request to provide the following.

1.     The minutes of all Charter Review Committee meetings.

2.     The Agendas for the meetings.

3.     All e-mails on City of Modesto computers dealing with Charter Review.

4.     The count on all votes taken

In a later call, the city attorney’s assistant informed us that the request would be granted.

Land-use attorney and Chair of the Charter Review Committee George Petrulakis has requested tapes of the Morning Mayor Show.  Please feel free to record any show of interest to you.  Tomorrow would be good
