Yard Waste maybe going to private contractor and increased costs to the City Of Modesto of over 1 million more??? Another snow job is headed our way. I also heard that several letters where mailed to the Bee but they wouldn not publish the comments from those city workers trying to inform the public about what is really going on. Is the Bee in bed with the bureaucrats at City Hall?
