Tomorrow at 8, on “The Morning Mayor Show”, we will take your calls on “prosecutorial abuse”.

 

 

The job of prosecutors is not to win at all costs but to see that justice is done.

 

North Carolina prosecutor Mike Nifong lost his job and his law license for hiding evidence in the now defunct rape-case against Duke Lacrosse players.  He is expected to face perjury charges.

 

Have local prosecutors taken notice?  Do they still want to rank the law below political agendas?
