The Sabatino Report Political intrigue in Patterson It looks as if Modesto Bee letter writer and West Park supporter Donna Worley has a whole lot more to say other than she's in need of a job. Last Wednesday, Ms. Worley plopped down the cash to put forth an initiative for the June Ballot to limit the terms that the Patterson City Council can serve. After appearing before the council 2 Weeks prior stating her support for West Park. She then left the meeting without staying around to hear the Council's take on the matter. The same Ms.Worley was quoted in the Patterson Irrigator as saying that "for the life of me I can't understand why the Patterson City Council is against West Park". Ms. Worley doesn't stop there, Describing herself as a "long-time activist and Patterson resident" she plans on filing yet another initiative, This one will be to limit growth within the city to no more then 200 homes per year without voter approval. We assume that growth outside the City will continue to only need the consent of the Board of Supervisors. The real question is how long Ms.Worley has been in Patterson. And what does she hope to gain by putting forth these Ballot Measures? Maybe, we'll call her Los Angeles listed phone number while we are on the air and ask her that and more.....
