Just how long is it going to take the Modesto Bee to print a story about the City of Modesto being many months late in releasing it's annual financial report that is required by law. It seems all too clear that the BEE is involved in selective reporting of the news. Shame on our elected officials on the City Council that have allowed this to occur. If we can't depend on our elected officials to follow their own rules set down in the City Charter, then our city is certainly without proper leadership.

The Bee keeps supporting our present City Council like they are amongst the best that Modesto has ever had. The truth shows us that the citizens have been mis-led by our City Council, and the Modesto Bee as well. Working together, the City Council and the Modesto Bee have hidden the real truth from most of the citizens of Modesto.

I must commend Dave Thomas for his effective work on behalf of the citizens of Modesto. Without his constant efforts, the people of Modesto would be constantly  hand fed crap by a corrupt/inept City Council and the Modesto Bee that many times hides the truth from it's readers.                                   Tux
