In a time when the city is dsyfunctional, police and fire are having to cut back on services and personnel, roads are in disrepair, transportation routes are inadequate, urban sprawl goes unchecked, water and sewer rates climb while they drink bottled water at city hall, and millions are spent in legal fees because of an incompetent city council that is engaged in a fierce battle to give themselves a $249,000 pay increase per year.
