Well, once again, it is official. Forbes magazine,  OH LORD I FEEL LIKE I'M DYING www.forbes.com has published the 150 most miserable American cities. You will never guess where Modesto ranks. No, we are not last. Stockton is second worst, and we beat them by 6 whole spots. Thus, Modesto is only the EIGHTH MOST MISERABLE CITY IN AMERICA. And nothing is being done to fix that. Dave
