Finally, 18+ million Southern Californians will 'indirectly' get 'legal 
PROTEST' to overcome the 'private/quasi-government' water treatment 
utilities organization called "MET" [e.g. Southern California 
Metropolitan Water Association] wherein in Oct. 2007 forced 'MOST' 
cities with water treatment utilities within Greater Los Angeles and 
down through Greater San Diego to add SILICOFLUORIDE, an EPA 'regulated 
pollutant' also classified as a 'Class 1 Hazardous Waste', as sourced 
from the phosphate ore mining & processing industry, into their 
drinking/tap waters as a source of illicit 'fluoride'. 
ALL this absurd, 'illicit' drinking/tap water treatment program without 
a Public Ballot Vote, and only a couple of barely announced, biased 
controlled Public Hearings will now be legally addressed in Federal 
Court(s).

Separately, but very much concerned ... 'Environmental Working Group' 
headquartered in Washington, D.C. earlier presented scientific concerns 
during a 2007 MET Hearing that an estimated 64,000+ infants & small 
children will be put at extreme RISK if the MET proceeded to add 
SILICOFLUORIDE at ALL those Water Treatment Utilities throughout

Politically appointed USA-EPA highest management is primarily in 
'unethical political complicity' to allow Silicofluorides to be sold and 
metered into our precious USA drinking waters.  However, recently around 
7,000+ EPA professional CAREER 'non-politically hired' Scientists,  
Toxicologists, Chemists, and professional field health workers signed a 
Petition to EPA top Management requesting 'fluoridation' be stopped.

drinking water by water treatment utilities will ‘NOT BE PRECISE’, and 
the ‘*VARYING DOSAGE SWALLOWED CANNOT BE CONTROLLED*’ by Infants, Young 
Children, those ‘SENSITIVE TO FLUORIDE’, and the Elderly, or Sick!  No
