Many months ago a county employee was discriminated against because he would not illegally try to terminate two capable and competent employees. He has spoke to me and advised that a settlement was reached. He said that he cannot reveal the terms of the settlement but he was very pleased with it. He also cannot talk negatively about the case and will not, but after the settlement finalizes next week, he is going to come on the SFP site and tell exactly what happened in the hearing room. He said it is not negative to say what went on since it was not negative. So stand by for his report. You will find it very interesting.
His reputation was saved and in fact supported by the county attorney handling the case. Not negative at all.
Hopefully, Carmen will also prevail civily against the "fat cat" power brokers within stanislaugh county.

Also from what I have seen in the ModBee lately, it appears that a certain prominent real estate "mogul" has controlling stock in prime shine car wash company.

I think Carmen should be the "Champion of the Amercan Dream" for withstanding the horrendous character assasination attempted that he prevailed over which was perpetrated by certain (No names here. Do you need them?) of the "fat cats here and abouts.
