OH BOY! $3,000,000.00 in the red for the first year, and they are happy about it. Sure they will try to reduce this figure by donations and such, but the bottom line is that the good citizens of Stanislaus County are responsible for keeping this leaking boat afloat.
The County signed on as the responsible party for this project, because they know that you and I will always pay….and pay…..and pay forever. What a country!        Tux
