Retired Assistant Sheriff Richard Breshears written by Molly B on November 15, 2008 I have heard that Richard Breshears was called in by the CEO's office to help with the Sheriff's Office contract cities. If that is true...knowing Dick...he is making very good money. But where is the money coming from? The SO or the CEO? Why can't the SO take care of the contracts on their own? When Christianson took office he sent a letter telling Breshears he was not wanted. Later I heard he was asked to come back.....but said No Thanks. Looks like they still need someone who knows what they are doing. I am sure a phone call can tell you if this is true.
